This is a great program. It gives even the smallest business a chance to provide this benefit to their employees.

We've been working on trying to do something in this area for more than three years. Initially, we tried to find a way to extend the group health insurance we offer our employees to the farmers we do business with, but that wasn't possible within regulations.

We need our farmer-customers to do well for us to prosper in turn.
